Return and Exchange Policy
At Designer’s Den, all garments are made-to-order or custom-designed, which means shipping charges will be calculated based on the final weight, volume, and delivery destination of your order.
Whether you're placing an order within India or internationally, shipping charges will be additional and shared with you upon inquiry or checkout.
RETURNS
Each garment from Designer’s Den is handcrafted exclusively for you. As all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you accept our terms and conditions.
We do, however, offer assistance with alterations and encourage customers to opt for custom sizing for a perfect fit. For items from our Ready-To-Ship category, we request you to choose your size carefully. Alteration charges may apply post-purchase.

Sale pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or alteration under any circumstances.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
We follow a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy on all purchases. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes once paid are also non-refundable.
If you happen to receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once verified, we will offer assistance—either through a repair or, in rare cases, a replacement if feasible.
Important:
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, even in case of damage. However, we may offer repairs if possible.
TAXES & DUTIES
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes for domestic orders (within India).
For international orders, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means product prices are exclusive of all import duties and taxes.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges applicable in their country, which must be paid at the time of delivery to release the order from customs.
